Notice of Annual General Meeting
To the members of River East Ringette Association,
Meeting will occur on Wednesday, May 27 at 7:30pm, at Gateway Red meeting room. You are welcome to join us.
We are always looking for new board members! Please be advised the following positions are up for election this year:
- Vice President,
- Registrar,
- Secretary,
- Director of Games and Tournaments,
- Director of AA,
- WRL Representative,
- Director of Ringette 4 U,
- Ice Scheduler
If you are interested in any of these positions or just want to be part of our team, please email Shelly Driedger. It’s a great opportunity to meet passionate ringette volunteers and make a difference in your community!
The AGM is also an opportunity for amendments of the Constitution and By-Laws. Any proposals must be submitted, in writing, to the Board twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM. Copies of the Constitution and By-Laws are available here.
River East second year U12 & up players are invited to the Eastman Flames AA pre-tryout camp.
There will be 5 ice times in the last two weeks of April at the Landmark Arena.
Cost is $170.
Competitive Edge will be running the skates.
