Notice of Annual General Meeting

To the members of River East Ringette Association,

Meeting will occur on Sunday, May 5 at 7:30pm, at Gateway Red meeting room. You are welcome to join us.

We are always looking for new board members! Please be advised the following positions are up for election this year:

  • Vice President,
  • Registrar,
  • Secretary,
  • Director of Games and Tournaments,
  • Director of AA,
  • WRL Representative,
  • Director of Ringette 4 U,
  • Ice Scheduler

If you are interested in any of these positions or just want to be part of our team, please email Shelly Driedger. It’s a great opportunity to meet passionate ringette volunteers and make a difference in your community!

The AGM is also an opportunity for amendments of the Constitution and By-Laws. Any proposals must be submitted, in writing, to the Board twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM. Copies of the Constitution and By-Laws are available here.
